On arrival at the airport

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area on the Swiss side of the Geneva airport, holding a white board with your party leaders name on it.

You will then be shown to your to your vehicle, where you can sit back and relax as you are driven to your chosen destination.

On arrival at resort

Our office staff provide the drivers with detailed directions to your chosen destination. However just in case of any difficulty's please ensure you are carrying location and contact details for your chalet, apartment or hotel.

For your Departure

You will be contacted via SMS the day before you leave, stating the approximate time of your pick up and the location.

Pick-ups are approximately three hours before flight times.

Communication

Transport operations, by their nature, are subject to numerous external and unpredictable factors that can affect services. It is important that you carry our contact details with you when travelling and inform us of a ny delays, changes to travel arrangements or any other issues that may effect the smooth operation of your transfer. Likewise we would like to have your mobile number so that we can contact you should it be necessary.

Over sized luggage

Cham van is set up for carrying extra equipment such as ski's and snowboards, however please contact Cham van if you are carrying a large amount of luggage so that we can make special arrangements if need be.
